ehllo is a private relationship-memory product built around a simple problem: after meeting someone, the details that matter are easy to lose. I designed the product to help people remember who they met, what was discussed, what they promised, and what to do next.

I led the product from zero to production across strategy, UX, interaction design, prototyping and implementation. The experience brings together digital cards, people and relationship history, conversation capture, events, follow-ups and reminders, with AI features including Ask ehllo, Catch Me Up, Reach Out suggestions, pre-meeting context and memory correction.

A core design challenge was making AI memory useful without making it feel intrusive or unreliable. I worked through how memories are grounded, corrected, moved when associated with the wrong person, and surfaced only when relevant. I also designed integrations with calendars and Granola so relationship context can build from the tools people already use.

The product is now live on Google Play. Building ehllo has pushed me beyond traditional design handoff into product strategy, AI behaviour design, design-to-code, release workflows and the day-to-day trade-offs of shipping and operating a real consumer product.
