ColdTrace is Nexleaf’s operations platform used by health ministry teams to monitor cold-chain equipment, manage inventory, review performance, and coordinate responses across health facilities.

As the product expanded, desktop-heavy pages and isolated UI patterns made it harder to support new workflows consistently. I led a progressive redesign across desktop, tablet, and mobile—auditing the legacy experience, creating a stabilising mini style guide, building a Nexleaf-owned Figma design system, and defining reusable page types, navigation, responsive behaviours, and state-aware action patterns.

The system was translated into Storybook for engineering and reused across shipped workflows, including solar equipment, preventative maintenance, reports, training, and service requests.
